He is not a kisser

I usually have to force him to give me a kiss meaning telling him "give me a kiss". Not any more! He said " why are your lips so soft, I just want your lips on mine and not move" when I bust out laughing, we had a playful moment and he really just wanted to rub our lips together like when you do Eskimo kisses.. lol. Hell I just want yo rub my lips together. Even if this was just a lip balm, I need this.
